If you are more than 1,200 miles (2,000 km) overdue, the ECU locks the manual reset. You must use a or a high-end scanner (Launch X431, Autel MaxiCOM) to command the reset via the OBD2 port.

Many owners follow the petrol Kangoo procedure and fail. The Z.E. has a slower, double-press logic.
