From the union leader hero of Aaravam (1978) to the tragic toddy tapper in Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum (2017), the proletariat is never a joke. Even in mainstream masala films, the villain is often a corrupt capitalist or a feudal lord, not a rival gangster. The recent superhit Aavesham (2024) subverts this by making its gangster protagonist a lovable, flawed migrant worker, a nod to Kerala’s massive internal migrant labor force.

Me gustaría que reportaras algo de “El Mil Chistes” sobre todo las historias “serias” que se imprimían a mitad de la revista, como Drucker, Condonman,y otros que no recuerdo su nombre, pero me recordaban a las historias de la revista Heavy Metal.
