At its core, HUMMINGBIRD-2024-03-F is a simulation and routine management game. Children adopt a hummingbird hatchling—affectionately dubbed a "Zoomlet." Unlike cruel virtual pets of the 90s that died if neglected, the 2024 model uses a "mood migration" system. If the child is too busy to play, the bird doesn't die; it simply migrates to a "Cloud Grove" and returns when the child logs back in.
