The D5 Converter is a free plugin developed by D5 Render. It acts as a live bridge between Autodesk 3ds Max and D5 Render. Unlike exporting to FBX or OBJ (which breaks instances, materials, and hierarchies), the converter uses a proprietary d5a (D5 Asset) format.
