Service Tools are powerful. Do not randomly click buttons like "EEPROM CLEAR" unless you have instructions specific to your printer model. Resetting the wrong EEPROM settings can remove vital calibration data (like head alignment IDs) that cannot be recovered.
While holding Power, release Resume and press it 5 or 6 times (depending on the model).
If the tool does not respond or the buttons are greyed out, you have likely not entered Service Mode correctly. Turn the printer off, unplug it for a few minutes, and try the Service Mode button combination again.
