This research involves a qualitative content analysis of Leana Lovings' Shoplyfter posts, videos, and comments. A total of 500 posts were collected from Lovings' Shoplyfter profile, spanning a period of six months. The data were coded and analyzed using a thematic analysis approach (Braun & Clarke, 2006).
