The plot revolves around the ancient rule that warm fairies and frost fairies must never cross into each other's territories—or else the balance of nature could be destroyed. However, Tinkerbell and Periwinkle’s bond grows stronger, and together they must convince the Keeper (Lord Milori) that their love can save Pixie Hollow from a terrible freeze.
