Official PlayStation firmware does not allow "loose files" to be loaded, which is required for the XV2 Patcher used on PC.
You cannot run all PC mods on PS4. PS4 has RAM limitations (roughly 5GB usable for games). PC mods with 4K textures will crash your console.
